Originally served as a Dessert at weddings in France, they are now becoming a centrepiece for couples who want something a little different for their wedding cake or dessert table.
Likewise for lovers of Choux buns this is a dreamy choice for a birthday or milestone celebration where only the best will do.
Each Choux Bun is filled with a creme diplomat which is a Madagascan vanilla bean pastry cream folded into whipped cream.
Depending on the flavour chosen different delicious fillings can be piped in addition to this.
